  • What COVID19 protocols has the center established?
    At Omnia we have established ALL the established security measures and even some more... We have reorganized the reception to maintain a distance of two meters between the counter and the waiting room. We have removed magazines from the waiting area. We have placed a shoe disinfectant tray at the door. We have placed a screen in the reception. We have established client reception protocols: take the client's temperature, admitting the entrance to the center only if the temperature is below 37.3, reception and disinfection of footwear and hands, delivery of bootees and disposable material, separation of the client's clothing on hanger with bag. We serve clients individually. There will not be two clients at the same time in the center until June, at which time they will also maintain double the safety distance. The staff will attend with a mask, face shield and gloves and our uniform will not go outside. After each session with a client, the room and the material that has had contact will be disinfected. This makes it necessary to space out the visits and ask for punctuality so as not to have anyone waiting in the center. At the end of the day the center will be completely disinfected with Ozone and specific disinfectant. We also have an ozonizer per floor. We have placed a hydroalcoholic gel dispenser in each area. We have placed chlorhexidine antiseptic soap and paper towels in the bathroom. We activate the online store so as not to go to the center for the usual treatment creams, we deliver to your home. We streamline appointments for clients online, the security protocol NO allows us to answer the phone during the service, being necessary to book and make inquiries through our website.
  • Can I book my appointment for Groupon?
    Yes, you can make the reservation, but you will always have to send the security coupon in the form at the time of the reservation. Reservations will not be accepted without prior verification of the coupon by OMNIA or expired coupons. Likewise, if you do not attend the reserved appointment and you have not notified the center 24 hours in advance, you will lose the coupon
  • I call on the phone and they don't answer me....
    Yes, it is possible. We serve customers exclusively and our customer service hours are usually full, so answering the phone is sometimes not possible. Please be patient. In addition, the new security protocol establishes that you can NOT answer the phone during services. To speed up visits and your requests, we have enabled the app and the web chat, where you can ask any questions , book and modify appointments.

    IMPORTANT INFORMATION!! 1.FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL SESSIONS, IT IS ESSENTIAL TO SHAVE THE DAY PRIOR TO THE RESERVED APPOINTMENT. (BLADE OR CREAM) DOES NOT SHAVE IN THE CENTER 2. FILL OUT THE CONSENT FORM AT THE FIRST APPOINTMENT AT THE ESTABLISHMENT (NEW FORM!!) 3. IF YOU ARE TAKING MEDICATIONS OR SOMETHING HAS CHANGED IN YOUR HISTORY, COMMUNICATE IT TO THE CENTER. 4. OUR LASER CAN BE PERFORMED THROUGHOUT THE YEAR: However, continuous exposure (Sun bathing) is not recommended 3 days before and 3 after the laser session. 5. CONTRAINDICATIONS: Pregnancy or lactation, photosensitizing drugs, cancer, lupus, specific to patients with acne, would be oral retinoids, such as isotretinoin, and somewhat less frequent certain antibiotics, such as tetracyclines. (Consult the center) 6. Do not use SELF-TANNING.
